What is the Tour Connection Booking Guide?
The Tour Connection Booking Guide lists hotels near concert venues and other locations worldwide.
It is the primary resource for travel agents working in the entertainment industry. Tour Connection
is the first place they look when trying to find rooms for their artists.
How does the guide work?
The Guide is divided into two sections-
1. The Cross-Reference Section (below, left) lists nearly every concert venue in existence.
This comprehensive index includes everything from bars and clubs all the way up to football stadiums
and concert arenas. Hotels that are within close proximity are listed underneath the venue.

2. The profile section (above, right) lists a full page of information on our advertising hotels.
Relevant info such as bus and truck parking, contact names and numbers and room service hours are
listed here. This profile helps our agents pinpoint the info they need before calling to book rooms.
Who uses the Tour Connection Guide?
Our guide is published bi-annually and sent to 500 of the top travel agents booking entertainers.
These agents book over 3000 groups each year including every major concert tour, major league
sporting events, ice shows, film crews and touring festivals.
As a member, what other services can I receive?
Tour Connection holds annual receptions in New York, Los Angeles and Nashville. These receptions
bring together our agents and hotels and are known as THE BEST place to increase awareness of your hotel.
Premier and Premier Plus Members also receive our monthly "Who's Booking Who?" list. This is a full-page
of leads including who's going on tour and the agency that handles their travel.
