Q: I'm an agent who has forgotten my password. Can it be sent it to me?
A: Yes, click the Forgot Password link on the Login Page and you can have your password emailed to the account associated with your Agent Profile.

Q: I'm an agent who has forgotten both my username and password. Can it be sent to me?

Q: Can I have a hard copy of the Tour Connection Booking Guide mailed to me?
A: Gladly, please complete our Booking Guide Request form.

Q: Where can I get more information on non-advertising hotels?
A: If you get a hotel to enroll in Tour Connection, you'll be able to view the details on that Hotel Profile and we'll send you a $25 American Express gift certificate to show our appreciation!.
